Summary: My son goes to college at Western Colorado University and stayed over Christmas break to work on the mountain. I braved the frigid cold January temps in Gunnison to spend a week with him. The kitchen was absolutely perfect for cooking big meals for he and his friends. I had everything I needed, including a crockpot, blender, etc…) The owners were wonderfully accommodating and I would definitely stay here again. The home is new and perfectly designed to accommodate a big family or group. I’m always amazed AND thankful that people share their homes with strangers. I have learned to look at host fees and cleaning fees first and appreciate the owners who keep these reasonable.

Summary: The house was amazing, and provided us a great place to relax after each day of elk hunting. Its location was very convenient to get to town, and to our favorite hunting areas. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice comfortable place to stay while in the Gunnison area.
